Goal: To make sure that the instructional designers and subject matter experts could communicate accurately and efficiently through the design and revision course cycles.

 

Process: As lead instructional designer, I met with the clients to hear what they needed and used the information to create a multifaceted "Revision Sheets." We beta tested it in a 15-week course. It worked so well that another client requested it.  This Camtasia Video shows how to use the revision sheets.
