Goal: To collaborate with and guide subject matter experts in the design and translation of content for online graduate-level courses built and published on the Moodle Learning Management System. To make sure course modules align with instructional design best practices for adult learners.
Process: This work was for the University of Southern California in two graduate departments, Communication Management and Applied Psychology. I collaborated with the subject matter expert during the 13-week course development cycle to ensure that course materials were engaging, error-free, and met expectations. I incorporated discussions, video, interactivity, multimedia, graphics, and formative and summative assessments.

During my time at Pearson, I had three roles. I was the lead instructional designer for two online graduate programs at the University of Southern California. As a lead, I was responsible for program administration, team leadership, and cross-functional team interaction. At the same time, I was either a main or co-instructional designer for specific courses. During each 13-week development cycle, I acted as an instructional designer for five to seven courses. On this screenshot is a sample of courses in one of the graduate programs.
