Unpuzzling the Puzzle--Difficult Communication and Tolerating Ambiguity

Goal: To teach students in a strategic communication management class how to tolerate ambiguity. 

 

 

Process: The subject matter expert gave me a script. After seeing VideoScribe in a presentation I had given, the subject matter expert chose this type of animation. I had to get buy-in from the assistant program director to purchase the software, which he did.  I worked with a professional voice-over actor hired by Pearson North America.
