Goal: To ensure that all due dates for each assignment match across the Moodle site.

 

Process: A major issue for clients was that due dates on assignments did not consistently align, which led to disruptive confusions. My solution was to convert a manual process into an automated one, ensuring that dates matched. As a result, instructional designers significantly increased their efficiency. I collaborated with the media team to develop a Moodle plug-in that we named the Due Date Tool. This plug-in eliminated such a primary time-waster that virtually all the USC/Pearson programs adopted it.  I met with instructional designers and created technical documentation to teach them how to use this tool.
