I was responsible for guiding 10-12 instructional designers and 12 subject matter experts in two programs to understand and meet multiple deadlines and benchmarks to launch 28 courses. I managed this multi-month project three times a year. The following interactive timeline shows some of the organizational activities I led (some of which were iterative) to ensure that courses launched on time.
