As a Lead Instructional Designer, I had to make sure that the instructional designers and subject matter experts could communicate accurately and efficiently through the designing and revision course cycles. I had meetings with the clients to hear what they needed a first draft created for and a process. After comments from the client, I modified some things. Then we beta tested it in a 15-week course. It worked so well that not only did that client adapt the revision sheets, but another client did as well.  This Camtasia Video shows how to use the revision sheets.
