Goal: To teach managers how to recognize when the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) should be offered to an employee. 

 

Process: I researched the FMLA on the U.S. Labor Department's website. To engage the learner, I designed a movie scroll to show the importance of the act. I created a mnemonic and used multimedia and interactivity so the learner could recollect the information during a conversation.
